Thanks to rapid feedback from the player community, we have been able to find and solve a number of small issues with the XГ 2.0: Bala Gi Research Missions update and have compiled these into a patch. These include:

• Improvements to the new sector auction and a fix for those who had bought it previously and had it taken away!
• Solutions for several minor problems with the Player Headquarters, and an adjustment to the resources required.
• Additional checks in the Bala Gi missions themselves to ensure they can be completed in some unusual situations.
• A fix for those who are finding it difficult to get hold of Advanced Satellites
• Solution to some crashes relating to "dbghelp.dll".
• Text and font corrections.

Release of the 2.0 Bala Gi Research Missions update for XГ: Reunion is now getting close. The update itself is complete and all that remains is for the translations into the various languages to be finished. In addition to the new features that we previously announced, we are pleased to be able to tell you about a few more little additions.

• As well as the main Bala Gi Research Missions there will also be a number of new BBS missions. Watch out at pirate stations in particular, as life there just got a little bit more interesting.
• Fans of the Tractor Beam will be pleased to know that it can now also be used to tow ships, and that this even works when towing them from one sector to another.
• Pimp my ship! Have you ever seen the colour variations in other ships and wished you could change the colours of your own? Well, now you can. It's a fairly basic facility, but we think it is fun and we hope you do too.
• If you had dreams of Avarice but didn't have the cash, then there may be another chance for you with the 2.0 update.

The final update to XГ: Reunion is now available for free download. Taking the game to a whole new level, XГ 2.0: Bala Gi Research Missions offers a host of new features and missions, allowing the player to delve deeper than ever before into the X universe.

Space just got a whole lot bigger with the introduction of the gargantuan Player HQ which allows many exciting new features including the ability to build your own ships and even give them customised space paint finishes!

Players will also enjoy the luxury of the new prototype M7 battleship now on offer, and may find it of use in tackling the newly available missions included to spice things up even more.

You will be quite literally stunned by the new weapons available and if that wasn't enough, players have the chance to play with some new onboard ship device. Or if you like the quiet life there are two new sectors to explore.

Finally, your XГ CDs or DVD can now take a well-earned rest as this update also includes the no-disc patch.
