What are Assassination missions?

These are bounty hunter missions.

Your mission: Eliminate the target before it reaches a certain sector. The target may have an escort which will try and protect him, usually 3-4 accompanying vessels. Note that the mission does not require that you eliminate the escort (although it's usually wise to do so).
